consultancy and training services
In an ever-increasing competitive marketplace more companies are turning to their supply chain function to add value through purchasing behaviour, cost control, supply chain awareness and risk management activities. In order to maintain competitive advantage the supply chain function must demonstrate smart practice, by gaining essential accredited learning and then applying this directly back into the workplace.
Lean Procurement offers professional consultancy and training services in Aberdeen. Established in 2016 Lean Procurement is the first CIPS approved study in the area in over ten years. Delivered at our site in central Aberdeen or on location, our team offers the CIPS diploma, advanced diploma and professional diploma stages to individuals and organisations looking to progress their procurement expertise with professionally accredited qualifications.
Funding is available from the Skills Development Scotland for employees and contractors that have been made redundant from
the Oil and Gas Industry. Lean Procurement have successfully supported a number of students to fund their CIPS studies.
